FAQs

Frequently Asked questions

What types of workouts will I receive?

Shred Army training combines:

  • Strength training
  • Fat-loss conditioning
  • Functional training
  • Kettlebell workouts
  • EMOM and interval workouts
  • Hero WODs
  • Mission challenges
  • Recovery and mobility sessions

The workouts are progressive, purposeful, and designed to produce results—not simply leave you exhausted.

Is my program customized?

Yes. Your mission begins with an intake and readiness assessment covering your goals, experience, available equipment, nutrition habits, schedule, limitations, and biggest obstacles.

That information is used to establish your training program, nutrition targets, meal strategy, and accountability plan.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Your program can be designed around the equipment and space available to you.

Some recruits train in a full gym. Others train at home using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. We determine the best approach during your assessment.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Tell us about every injury, medical condition, or physical limitation during your intake. Exercises can often be scaled or substituted, but you may be asked to obtain medical clearance before beginning.

Shred Army coaching does not replace medical care, physical therapy, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

What if I travel or miss a workout?

Missing one workout does not mean the mission has failed. Your coach will help you adjust, scale, or reschedule the work whenever possible.

Shred Army is built around consistency—not perfection. The objective is to return to the mission quickly instead of allowing one missed day to become a missed month.

Will I receive a nutrition plan?

Yes. Depending on your coaching option, you may receive personalized calorie and macronutrient targets, a meal strategy, food recommendations, sample meal plans, and a shopping list.

The goal is to give you a clear nutrition system that works with your schedule and supports sustainable fat loss.

Do I have to follow an extreme diet?

No. Shred Army does not rely on starvation, crash diets, or eliminating every food you enjoy.

Our nutrition doctrine is built around:

  • A sustainable calorie deficit
  • Adequate daily protein
  • Planned meals
  • Appropriate carbohydrates and fats
  • Hydration
  • Consistency
  • Foods you can realistically continue eating

Do I have to prepare six meals every day?

Only if that structure fits your personalized plan. Meal frequency is based on your goals, schedule, preferences, and coaching strategy.

The most important factors are meeting your daily nutrition targets and consistently following the plan—not eating at a particular number of times.

Can I still eat at restaurants or attend social events?

Yes. Your coach can help you develop strategies for restaurant meals, travel, holidays, business dinners, and family events.

Shred Army teaches you how to make better decisions in the real world. You should not need to disappear from your life to improve your body.

What is the treadmill mission?

The standard Shred Army treadmill mission is 30 minutes of walking at a 10% incline and approximately 3 miles per hour.

The speed, incline, or duration may be adjusted when appropriate for your fitness level or physical limitations.

How quickly will I see results?

Many recruits begin noticing improvements in energy, strength, confidence, and consistency within the first few weeks. Visible fat loss and body-composition changes depend on your starting point, adherence, nutrition, activity level, recovery, and individual physiology.

Shred Army focuses on progress you can sustain—not temporary results created through extreme methods.

Are results guaranteed?

No ethical fitness program can guarantee a particular amount of weight loss or a specific physical result.

Shred Army provides the plan, coaching, accountability, education, and support. Your results will depend heavily on how consistently you execute the mission.

What makes Shred Army different from a workout app?

Most fitness apps give you workouts. Shred Army gives you a complete operating system.

You receive:

  • A defined mission
  • Progressive training
  • Personalized nutrition targets
  • A daily Mission Score Card
  • Coaching and accountability
  • Progress measurements
  • Rank promotions
  • Community support
  • Education and resources
  • A long-term plan for maintaining your results

We do not just build workouts. We build disciplined people.

What if I have tried other programs and always gained the weight back?

That is exactly why Shred Army was created.

Most programs concentrate only on short-term weight loss. Shred Army helps you build the training, nutrition, recovery, planning, and accountability habits required to maintain your results.

The objective is not to complete another diet. The objective is to stop starting over.

What happens after I join?

Your first step is completing your intake and Physical Readiness Evaluation. This gives us the information needed to understand your goals, schedule, experience, equipment, nutrition habits, limitations, and biggest challenges.

From there, we establish your mission, build your program, provide access to your coaching resources, and show you exactly how to begin.

What happens after I complete my initial transformation?

Your first transformation is only the beginning. You can continue progressing through the Shred Army ranks, unlock new training phases, pursue more advanced goals, and receive ongoing coaching and accountability.

The long-term mission is not simply to lose weight. It is to become the person capable of keeping the weight off.

How much does Shred Army cost?

Shred Army offers different levels of coaching based on the length of the program, level of customization, and amount of support you need.

Complete the application or schedule a consultation, and we will help you choose the option that best fits your goals.

How much time will I need each week?

Your exact schedule depends on your program, but Shred Army is designed for busy adults. Most workouts can be completed without spending hours in the gym.

We focus on efficient training, practical nutrition, and using your available time effectively.
